My name is Syncere, born Shanti Slade on Aug. 11. 1973.
That’s right, a lovable Leo.

I started taking singing seriously when I was 19. I joined an all-male R&B singing group and I fit right in -- being androgynous and all. The group didn’t last. A sad story-- I won’t get into.

Simply put: If I had known then what I know now, I would’ve recognized we we’re a gimmick. My resume is not that large currently. You are witnessing the beginning of my solo career as an independent artist, welcome! I am excited for you to get a chance to see me grow!

Neo-soul and R&B are my passions. Although if the music moves me, I can sing to almost any style. So far I’ve been the only one writing my lyrics. I have produced and co- produced most of my own material as well. I am founder of LeoSoeL Entertainment and looking to expand my horizons. My own label, music promotion, non-profit organizations, and real estate. Just to name a few. Yes!! I am thinking big people!
